Child sustains an injury after shooting incident

Whether it is a heart-related condition or bleeding from injuries, knowing what to do can help turn the outcome into a positive one. A 5-year old child was injured when several shots were fired at a house. The police were called to the location where the shooting occurred.

Shooting incident

Based on reports, a bullet penetrated through the wall of a house and wounded the child inside. Other people were also inside the house but did not sustain any injuries.

The child with the bullet wound was transported to a hospital with a serious but non-life-threatening injury. Luckily, it was not a serious injury. The wound required first aid care.
